The gameplay and concept are both very simple, and it runs with a mere 57 triggers (suprising for me- most stuff with under 300 triggers of mine sucks, look at Blacksun 2).
I'd test it with with MSCN, but I don't spend Saturday nights sitting on my ass at home. I just need 4 people who will give me feedback and stuff. That's all I'm asking for.
The gameplay works like this. The whole playing area is about 1\8 of a tiny map. On it a 4 weakened monesteries and invincible barracks (1 of each for every player), plus some souped up towers to prevent camping. There are also 12 relics. The player starts with 3 monks, 6 champions, unlimited food, and 100 gold. The objecitve is to use the relics to get 2500 gold. Since the monesteries are close together and have 600 HP, and since the only fighting units you can get a champions, it makes it reasonably easy to steal relics, as long as you have a force big enough to survive the beating from the sniper tower guarding each monestery. Champions are cheap, costing only 20 gold, but monks cost 100, and gold is precious, so defending them is important. The best way to get more units is to convert enemy ones. Monesteies come back when killed, but obviously dump out the relics for you to grab on your way out. You also get 5 gold per kill.
To summerize that: Get 2500 gold by getting relics to your monestery. Build champions at your invincible barracks. Your monestery comses back when it dies. Every base has a tower guarding it. You get 5 gold for every kill.
This may sound like a piece of shit, be even with the standard AI playing, it can be a lot of fun. Sometimes simple things are the best.
Reply here if you're interested, or just like to talk, or insult me, or whatever. Stupidity will not be appreciated unless it makes me laugh.
You want fries with that?
