I wouldn’t play it if it crashes my computer.
However, thanks to some frustrating experiences of late, I might have a solution for you. It could be one of these:
When you play a game, it saves a copy of the Ai files to your windows temp folder. These files seem to sometimes cause a crashing problem when exiting or saving a game. Try emptying your windows temp folder, or moving all the files to a different folder. They can then be put back if problems arise. Then reinstall the game. (Don’t worry all the old files will still be there) and try it again.
If you have any gates on the map, the computer seems to add extra gate ends(pillars with flags on) under the gates when you test and save. These caused major problems for me in SR where the game would crash upon saving. Try moving the gate, and delete any gate ends you see. Sometimes there can be literally hundreds of these under a gate, and these cause allsorts of problems.
When testing, don't test from the editor. Try "saving as" and choose a new name for the scenario. Then test this new copy of the scenario in "single player" not under "test". If it doesn't crash, delete the original scenario, and continue with this new copy.
Hopefully one of those will fix the problem, if not send it to me, and I'll see if I can fix it.
