Apparently, ol' CC may have bumped into something quite nifty while replaying the ES campaigns... As well all know, a single Farm covers an area of 3x3 tiles. However, both of the food storage buildings are a different size (TC and Mill, being 4x4 and 2x2, respectively). Often, this has resulted in an ability surround farms around such a storage building while remaining symmetrical. Instead, we compensate by not aligning adjacent Farm pieces. Ever wish those tiles were more flexible? Perhaps, you've even tried to squeeze a Mill (futilely) in between 8 Farms. Apparently, there is a way to get that Mill in the center... That eccentric Mill was found in scenario four of the ES Joan of Arc campaign. It is part of the GAIA camp on the western side of the map. Using the campaign extractor, I have managed to copy/paste that Mill and use it for other maps. While this quirk remains to be fully tested and the usefulness remains quite limited, it does open up some possibilities regarding the editor. Perhaps you may even locate other "misplaced" buildings. Feel free to comment.
