Bad triggers or bad computers, usually the former (my grandfather's 1995 relic runs fine with a p4 and just about nothing else). The most common trigger mistake is change ownership or task object. Sometimes the game will not register when you select a single unit or area. This will cause all units of that player to change or move, which usually has more than enough to lock up. My recomendation is to search your triggers that activate at the time of the crash, and that use the select unit/area/type, and deactivate any that might have problems. Then reactivate one by one until it crashes, and then you've found the faulty trigger. If the game still crashes even after deactivating EVERY trigger, then it's probably a combo of a bad computer and too much stuff (eg., flowers covering every inch of the map).

Yes, the government's best super computer can be crashed by enough change name triggers... any kind of trigger in fact firing at once (provided, crashing a super would take a LOT of triggers).
Still, how many triggers did you have? Those look like pretty good specs to me (a little better than mine).
