WAY too cliched. (Bluebeard?)
It needs a story. Even my Cameo PotC has a story line. Even if it is loosly based off of the game's plot. Man, even Disney is capable of good stories. Take PotC for an example.
Sure, it starts with a pirate. Everyone says, "Oh man its shallow. This is like a 70's flick in 3 feet of water." But then, during a raid on a port, the pirate's first mate dies. Ol' Bad dude/Good dude has to recruit a new one. He finds one in a tavern, a young boy. The boy is naive, reckless, and overall not the material. But somehow, no matter how much the pirate escapes him, he keeps finding how fit this boy is for the job. But theres a complication....
Follow the adventures of The pirate and his first mate, as he is being secretly tested and trained...and decieved.
"The First Mate" is a decent title I think. Use your imagination with the complication part. and the decieved part. Come on, to make a campagin you have to be creative.
And IMO, making a scenario in 6 (more or less) hours of designing is not professonal, and odds are the scenario is going to be very second rate.
