It is a cheat unit...probably created to make playtesting easier.

Is that really a good idea? I mean, once Furious gets close to a TC, that TC is pretty much dead. With Furious' insane attack bonus against buildings, and the fact that he is not autotargeted by other units... Even if the other player notices Furious coming in, he has to have time to garrison his villagers, wait for that to happen, manually target Furious, and then hope that he gets more than one volley of arrows in.
Meanwhile, Furious can take down a TC in about 3 seconds.

But no matter what, one hit equals one point of damage (at least that's how it's worked for me - I'd need to try a trigger to lower the attack, but...), so a villager rape might work with that. Still, I wouldn't really enjoy a rm like that.
As a playtest unit, I'm not sure. He can be relatively fragile, and he's not very fast. The Cobra's wild fire can mess other things up, but nonetheless he'd probably be the best playtest unit. They're just cheat units, so...
We added a few new cheats based on the families of the ES staff. Furious the Monkey Boy is lead artist Duncan McKissick's son. Stormy the Wonder Dog is programmer Matt Prichard's pooch. All of the original AOK cheats are still available.

Ah, thank you. Mr. McKissick's son must be quite a violent kid.
Well it was 1 of my 1st few scripts and I was curious, as to being a good or bad idea, it depends on how you play it. I used my scout to lead furious to an enemy village, then his preference for attacking villagers kicks in, scratch one enemy off the list It was fun, for a few games anyway, sure slows rushing a bit.

IIRC furious can destroy a castle in 3 swipes

Isn't that how the aids virus started? j/k

It got old very fast, but was fun as a joke script.
*cracks knuckles* Let's see what I can dig up about Furious the Monkey Boy.
Furious the Monkey Boy was created in honor of Duncan McKissick's baby boy, Woad McKissick, born April 25 (?), 2000. This of course makes a bit more sense, as the addition of a super strong yet fragile cheat unit seems to fit the addition by a proud father of a baby son.
Sadly, the best I can get for a picture is here, where to the far right of this picture of Duncan we get a glimpse of who we can only assume to be Woad.
