I realise this might come as a shock to you all, but it's something I have had on my mind for a long time now. I've decided to take a long break from scenario designing and modding in general. My reasons are several, some are obvious, some less obvious. I can tell you that it wasn't an easy decision to make, but in the end I knew I had to make it. With the new term starting at the university this Monday I have more work than ever to take care of, not to mention a private life that keeps claiming more and more of my time. It's hard to let go of something you love (or something you once loved for that matter), but I have to for my own good.
I could go on and on about this decision and the reasons behind it for hours, but that wouldn't make anyone happy. Instead I'm trying to be laconic and precise, so there will be no doubt what I'm doing and why.
Good night, good luck and thanks for all the great times.
I won't answer SD questions over email or MSN (or questions related to this topic). I fact I won't even use my current MSN account.
Sorry Dave and Revealer, I'm not gonna finish playtesting your work either. I can tell you both though that I enjoyed them a lot and I think they'll be a success.
I'm not leaving for good, but I don't know for how long I'll be gone.
I will finish Renaissance, but I will not update it. Someone else can take care of that if he wishes.
And yes, I
