When my AI orders a wall or towers to be built, my villagers just ignore that.
I use simplest facts for his (wall-completed-percentage < 100) and check if it is true with a (chat-local-to-self).
I see the fact is true and that my AI should do
(build-wall palisade-wall 1).
But it doesn't.
(I am sure I have enough resources!)
Maybe it depends on some strategic numbers?
I tried:
(set-strategic-number sn-percent-civilian-builders 50)
(set-strategic-number sn-percent-civilian-gatherers 0)
(set-strategic-number sn-percent-civilian-explorers 50)
together with
(set-strategic-number sn-max-build-plan-gatherer-percentage 0)xor
(set-strategic-number sn-max-build-plan-gatherer-percentage 50) xor
(set-strategic-number sn-max-build-plan-gatherer-percentage 100).
None of it had the intended effect.
Maybe one of you knows how the wall is built!
