Declare victory for yourself.
Although the game will be over anyway if you do that

Destroy all his buildings and units with a trigger?
Then it will state that he is defeated, while all his stuff is dead

Dead_End, he meant where the buildings were not destroyed.

I apologise for all the stupid replies you've received so far.

The only way to do it is with an AI file. With triggers in the editor, set an effect to activate an AI Goal number (it doesn't matter which one, just so long as it isn't already in use). Then, in the AI file you're using, create a defrule that causes the AI to resign when the corresponding goal is set...I'd explain exactly how to do this, but I've forgotten the syntax. Open CPSB.doc file on your AoK disk, search for "Goal" and it should explain everything.

Right, i see. Do you mean that what Fadawah tried to explain you didn't help you?
If so, be more specific to him about what wasn't working.
Else we/he has no idea what he has to change to help you

Perhaps give all his units to gaia or a computer, then 1-2 seconds later give them all back.

I just made a really quick test.
By putting an archery range, barrack, blacksmith of a player on the map. Next to it i placed some halberdiers and huskarls. Now i used Kill object on those halberdiers and huskarls. This made the player having no units left but only the buildings. The player wasnt defeated.
I think that is the least what you can do.
Having the player not been crossed out but just unable to play on. I dont know if this is a blood map. If it is, then you need to block off the spawn points and make any play impossible. In that way you created a resign.
