Alright, so I'm making this scenario that requires buildings to be built without a villager. Normally, this would be no problem, as I'd just use the "Create Object" trigger to make it. The problem is, I want the player to be able to decide where the building goes. Any super trigger combo I can use here?

Other than creating multiple triggers, you could try .dat editting so other units can build as the villies do.
What you could do is use AoKTS to make a load of rams with a single building in them. The player would move the ram to where they want the building and then delete it. Stack rams with the same building inside on a single tile to save space.
I haven't tested this, but it may work.
On the other hand the instant building, and the limit you would have to place on number of buildings in the game might make this unusable for you. It depends.

No way, that would never work.
.dat editing is your only option and not a good one even then, because you have to change tech slots and stuff.
