First of all I'ld like to thank the whole community and all the help it gives to me in the making of my scenario that I'm going to enjoy with some friends and which will be uploaded on this site. (sorry for my English I'm studying English because I'm french)
But before that, I met a problem and I was surprised not to find the solution in the giant FAQ:
It's a multiplayer scenario and when I created the game (thanks to hamachi) I wasn't able to start the game because a message box has always appeared when pressing ready, complaining (in french but I translate the meaning) that : 'The game can't start because all the files haven't been received yet' (without precising anything else...).
What I've tried:
-Waiting two hours but the files didn't come...
-Deleting the scenario files on participant computers but they weren't transmitted when I tried again (and the message persisted)
-Play it in solo: all the sounds and triggers work perfectly.
-Creating a new scenario in which I play sounds, for other players, that do not exist on their computer: of course it didn't play the sound but it was possible to start the game.
I don't know exactly which files the scenario requires to be played but on the both computers, there is exactly the same files inculding the files that use the scenario:
-33 sound files
-an IA file: 'Immobile Units' by Zanzard Lothar
I thank you in advance if you have an idea in solving that problem, and I'm still (deseperatly) working on it !
Will.
