I am currently constructing an "Open World RPG". The central feature of which is a town, there is no physical way out of the town(no gates, paths ect.) the only way out of the town is by using a Way Stone(relic) which will "magically" teleport the player to another Way Stone(relic). So obviously there will be more than 1 version of the hero for now i'll call him Bob. So there is a Bob who is always in the town, a Bob who roams the wilderness and a handful of Bobs who will be used in dungeons/caves ect. The player (p1) will only ever control 1 Bob at a time(I know how to do this using the same concept as "really Enterable Buildings") So thats not a problem, in this RPG food will be used as health potions(similar to "LoaM") there will be an ally monk hidden in a corner with the maximum healing range +365(new trigger tricks template). I will be using the Taunt to Trigg system to detect when the player uses a Health Potion which in turn will task the ally monk to heal Bob.
My question at long last...
How can I make the ally monk detect which Bob is being controlled by P1 and heal accordingly?
I only wrote the above paragraph to display that there will be a number of Bobs, but only 1 controlled by P1 at a time. And other concepts like food as health potions and the use of them.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
