TLM is spot on.
Make a Trigger like this:
Condition 0: Objects in Area
Player 1 (Or whoever is buying the transport)
and set the Area where you want
Effect 0: Send Chat/Display Instructions
"This transport will cost 200 gold" or whatever you want him to say.
Set the trigger to loop.
Then make a second trigger
Condition 0: Objects in Area (Same as above)
Condition 1: Accumilate Attribute: 200 gold for Player.
Effect 0: Change Ownership: Player "x" to Player "y" (X being the villager, Y being whoever baught it) and set object as the transport.
Effect 1: Send Tribute: Player "y", 200 Gold to Player "x"
Effect 2: "Thanks alot, here's your ship" or whatever.
Effect 3: De-activate Trigger 1 (The above trigger)
