This is for Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds not AoE... pretty much the same trigger-wise though right?
Anyway I'm having trouble implementing a vehicle system ie unit must be inside it to operate. I started off simply changing the vehicle ownership P2 to P1 when the unit is not visible (inside the mech) but the problem is changing ownership after the unit entered the mech kicks the unit back out for some reason.
Then I compensated with clicking the mech to gain ownership, reverting back to P2 if not entered within 10 steps. Not what I wanted but it works.
Then there is the problem with fuel. There's now way I can find to check when carbon (fuel source) is depleted, accumulated resource only checks up to a certain amount, not a specific amount like zero. So, when the fuel is out how do you disable the vehicles trigger? All I can figure is swapping it for a 'overheating' or 'vehicle wear' system which carbon increases, disabling vehicle use at higher carbon level.
