I like what I'm seeing! The first screenshot is especially appealing to me somehow, I am a bit of a sucker for the idea of using those piers from HD to create a village that's all on stilts above water or a swamp, which you kind of seem to have gone for there.

Another update on the current status of this project:
Cataphract887 helped me to do a first playtest of the full scenario. Which gave me very usefull feedback. Not only was i able to filter out alot of buggs, but i also corrected hundreds of spelling errors.
I plan on making some changes to the final parts of the scenario to make it match the quality of the rest. But besides that i would like to ask if there are others here who are willing to test out this scenario. Because of the large scale, i simply can't do it all by myself anymore.

I just finished playing the scenario. Well, almost, since the savegame got corrupted when I had played about 99% of it, but that might be related to my system since I am playing on Linux through Wine.
I was enormously impressed by the grandiosity of the scenario, the beauty of the giant map and the incredible amount of work that must have gone into this. I haven't played many RPG scenarios, but I am quite sure that this one will stay among my favorites for a long while.
A few minor bugs that I found:
-In Konishi's quest, I did not need to walk back and forth, I just had to click on the character (that was revealed by a map-revealer). I guess there is a "Minato in area" condition missing.
-After talking with the first weapons seller, the taunt system stopped working for a while. Then it worked again after I taunted something (50 or 51), which forced me to buy a weapon.
-When building the fleet, I realized that I owned a transport ship close to a green dock. This induced me to think that I had to go around looking for quests while building the fleet, which was not the case. Later, when you need to load Fuki onto a transport, the trigger for doing so only works with the other transport that you are given.
-Also, sometimes you can get stuck when a unit following you blocks a narrow passage.
Still, the amount of bugs was very small and the taunt and reward systems worked very smoothly, considering the complexity of the scenario.

i'm glad to hear that you liked it so much!
I will try to patch these minor bugs out eventually. I already started on that with the steam version.
The one were you randomly had a transport ship sounds like some left over test-trigger i had running to give me a ship when testing some area's of the map.
I think you are also spot on about the Konishi's quest bug. It probably still has an 'objects in area' trigger (set to 1 object, and the map revealer counts trowards that) instead of 'bring object to area ' (bringing Minato)
