I am making a scenario and want the Franks to have Italian culture buildings. How do I do this without making a trigger so that an Italian player transfers all their buildings to a Frankish player? Or is there no other way?

As far as I know, there's no way to do this besides modding. The architecture of a building cannot change during gameplay.

This is clearly a dead thread, but if this guy appears again, maybe we can help him.

In Age II: HD (notice how I didn't say AoE: DE or AoE IIE) you can use an Independent Architecture mod and then use graphics mods.

In the Conquerors and Age of Kings, you need data mods.
