No, the sound I'm talking about is the one one makes with the mouth, by flicking the tung from side to side while shouting - I think it's called "arabian joy cry" but don't hold me to it, I heard it when I was in Egypt and Morocco, out in the small villages in the countryside, and in the dessert by nomads - the only thing I could translate it with was "arabian joy cry" but again don't hold me to it.

Oh! Now I know what you're talking about! It's that joyous sound the women do! I think they're trained to learn how to do that from childhood.
