In the footsteps of a slew of newbies and the various punks...

What I am working on

By Al_Kharn

Jungle Odyssey

To the Christians, it was the year 1521. To the Aztecs, it was the year of their fall.

A young Aztec noble, the victor of many garland wars, thus, found himself within the bowels of a decaying beast. Not wishing to die at the hands of the steel-clothed invaders, he fled his home and all he held dear to live a life within the sanctuary of the jungles. But as death came close to him, he realized his mistake and sought death upon himself and upon all that stole his love away...

Type: Fixed force and build and destroy
Scenarios: Three
Status: 2 scenarios completed; one 33% completed
Release: Within a week, preferably
Features: Guerrila warfare within the city of Tenochtitlan

The King and the Thief

The year 1066 would go down in the annals of English history as a year of glory and re-birth... but to the Saxons who soon found themselves ruled by foreign conquerors, it was a year of bondage and suffering...

In this environment, one man, a Saxon noble, who saw with his eyes the fall of his great King, and the ferocity by which the Norman conquerors subdued the Saxons, took a stand. Arming himself with patriots and rebels, he continued the war Harold had lost... But as his own family and friends betray him for their own survival, the young noble finds himself in a situation he can not escape...

Type: Fixed force and build and destroy
Scenarios: Undetermined
Status: 1 scenario completed; second scenario completed, but may not be included in campaign
Release: two months
Features: An excellent story-line; many side-quests; popularity level

The Feud

"To Antonio, his life was always one of pageantry... violent, bloody pageanty, but pageantry nonetheless..."

In a Romeo and Juliet-esque environment, a young noble of two feuding families finds himself in love with the daughter of the head of the opposing house. Brandishing his sabre, he sets out from his home to win the heart of his love without losing his own at the point of her family's swords...

Type: Fixed force (pseudo-RPG)
Scenarios: 1
Status: 0% completed
Release: Undetermined
Features: many side-quests; popularity levels; love level increases or decreases as your standing in the eyes of your lover changes; ability to thieve and cheat (decreases popularity)

thanks
