Ok I know I can create infinite troops, but can I check them against the resources of a player, before they are created. I got trade carts that move from A to B and then tribute is payed. I tried it with timer, but if the timing is not right,say the resource not mined yet, the cart still gets created even though it will arrive empty at point B, or pays only as much resource as available and not the pre-set amount.

Hmm.. I dont understand your question. If your asking how can a player pay tribute when the cart has reached another area, it would be using the Condtion>Accumulate Attribute>Set the type of resources. Then use tribute effect.
Or to check money before creating troops, use the accumulate attribute with the creat object effect.
