Example:
First line of text goes here.
Second line of text goes here.

Is there better way to separate one line from another line of text than using many spaces within the instructions and/or using the Number box above the instructions box?

If I just use "Enter", all of the text goes into one line like this:

First line of text goes here. Second line of text goes here.

Using lots of spaces makes the text appear on another line. Also, using the Number box makes the line go under the text, but there's about three lanes of empty space before the second lane of text.

I didn't really understand this topic, but I think you mean you're having troubles with enters but the text stays in the same line? I've tried this, and I must say, this doesn't work (tried with enter, shift+enter, spaces).

Yeah.

I've tried using spaces and the number box within the instructions. Both do work, but each one have something I don't like. Using spaces is time consuming and number box adds too much space.

However, if these are the only ways, then I have to use a combination of them to make some effects so that it makes the text look cool.

Well I usually use the number box. Unless it's like the title of a scenario. Only then I use a lot of spaces.

I the Language.dll files the way to put enter without pressing the enter button is by writing \n

I don't get it to work... Do I just enter it into the instruction box?

Just memorize how many spaces per line and act accordingly :-p

I don't remember how many now, but that's how I used to do it.

Eg if it was 32 spaces per line, I would type out my say 10 character message, then add 22 spaces and then I'd be on the next line.

Well, maybe I just use the spaces. More work, but at least they work.

Only possible with spaces. \n does not work for triggers.

Maximum text length applies (I believe 128 or 256). If you use string-tables to import DLL language variables larger than maximum text-length into Send-Chat or Display-Instructions; the game crashes!!!

It might be worth mentioning this to the guys who make UserPatch and seeing if they can make some form of formatting for the Display Instructions?

And that's going to be their downfall.

And that's going to be their downfall.
But if they keep updating (you know, minor updates like they have until now), people will be using different versions since it used to be updated like every day
