OK, I was wrong about the Danes. They did make colonies, but I don't think any were on the American mainland. I was under the impression that they colonized Newfoundland, but it turns out it was the British.
But to add more civs to the table, the Polish and Scottish both unsuccessfully tried to establish a colony. I believe the other civs I named are still correct though.
Final List: (If it's not right, shoot me. )1. *British
13 colonies on the east coast of NA, upper Canada surrounding the Hudson bay, and some islands (Newfoundland, Jamaica,...)2. *French
New France in Canada Quebec, the Louisiana territory, some of the West Indies, and they had a colony next to the Dutch in Guiana.3. *Spanish
They owned all of Mexico, Flordia, and much of SA - they were probably the top colonizers.4. Portuguese
Had a small colony in upper SA, near Guiana, and they owned much of east Brazil.5. Dutch
Small region of Guiana in upper SA, the very eastern tip of SA until they lost in sometime in 1654, and they had an area called New Netherland in upper NA (right above New Sweden).6. Swedish
They owned New Sweden, a small area above Maryland; not very big at all, but it was located in NA, meaning they were probably a threat to the British and Dutch. (Plus, they have the vote of PCG.)The last two Civs could be...7. Germans
In the 16th century, they attempted to colonize Venezuela. They had disputes with the Spanish, and were supposedly driven out by Indians in their search for gold. They were also hired mercinaries, called "Hessians", for the British during the revolutionary war. (Plus, the flags in the game seem very exact.)8. Russians
The Russians were the first people who discovered Alaska in 1732, and their first colony is Alaska was established in 1784. They used their time in the Americas mostly for trade. It looks like there are Screenshots of the Yukon, so the Russians would be found there.9. Polish
The Duchy of Courland established a very small colony in Tabago (SA) that lasted 1654 to 1659. The Swedes entered their territory (war lasted from 1655 'till 1660) and captured their Duke, who was held captive in 1658 until 1660, and their colonies were taken by the Dutch. Many left the colony in 1660, when their Duke was returned. In May, 1690, they officially abandoned the colony. Previously they had 3 unsuccessful attempts at colonizing America.10. Scottish
Scotland attempted to establish a colony on the Ithumus of Panama in the late 17th century, and also attempted to establish colonies near the British colonies, all unsuccessful.11. Italians
No record of them ever establishing a colony that I could find. According to Shrink, it wasn't even a unified country at the time of the colonials.* Confirmed civAs for the peeps who wanted Asian civs, I don't think they'd be possible. No civ in Asia other than Russia colonized America, since Japan was under the Tokugawa policy of isolation until 1850 and China was ruled under the Manchu dynasty, who I'm sure were having enough problems handling their own people during their time.
