Posted by Gordon B on August 12th, 2004 @ 4:38 p.m.
That's right! AoKH is having another forum party!

In: Agincourt (On the Zone)
Time: Come any time on Saturday August 14th (or Sunday the 15th, depending on your time zone), though most people will likely be there from around 5pm to 3am GMT. Of course, our Australian friends might be coming on later/earlier. Since games go for a while and people seem to drop in and out it should continue for the whole day.

Want to find out what time that is? Use the Time Converter.

Also included will be a small, 8 player "mini tournament". Visit the
thread for more details.

And don't forget sign up for the AoKH Ladder so you can keep track of how you do against your fellow forumers!
University Update
Posted by CrystalCrown on August 8th, 2004 @ 8:11 a.m.
Two new articles have been added to the University. Introduction to Hotkeys by Chewmen_ldr is a beginner's guide on the basics of hotkey usage. If you are frequently find yourself clicking all those little icons and getting lost in the dust, then perhaps you should give this article a chance. Next, from the scenario design scene, is an AI-writing guide by Magnum Zero, Triggering Events Through Typing. Perhaps you've been dazzled by the effects of AI scripting before, but you are afraid to mess with all that code. This article breaks it down into friendly, step-by-step examples that are easy to understand, even for the most basic designer. Be sure to read these, and other great articles, at The University.
