NYU Scenario Design Class Postponed
Posted by Anastasia on May 24th, 2006 @ 10:34 a.m.
The Tisch School of the Arts, at NYU class in Dialogue and Narrative Creation in Electronic Games has been postponed. The class is being conducted by HeavenGames' VIP, and scenario designer Gordon Farrell. The class was originally to begin last week on May 15th, and is now set to begin on June 26th. Hopefully this will give everyone interested more time to sign up.

Again, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone in the NY area to learn about scenario design from one of the most talented and accomplished scenario designers there is. Students will use Age of Empires II, and Empires: Dawn of the Modern World editors, and learn through the actual crafting of single player scenarios. There's no doubt that this class will be an excellent introduction to the new, and emerging discipline of game writer. The class: Dialogue and Narrative Creation in Electronic Games, now runs from June 26th to Aug 2nd. Learn more about the class and Gordon Farrell here at NYU, Summer in Greenwich Village.

The Tisch School of the Arts, at NYU (New York University) is offering a class in Dialogue and Narrative Creation in Electronic Games as a part of their Dramatic Writing course listing this summer. The class is being conducted by none other than HeavenGames' VIP, and resident scenario design expert, Gordon Farrell! While many of us know Gordon Farrell for his top rated scenario designs in the HeavenGames Downloads sections, and from his participation in our forums, perhaps less known is that he is a professional screenwriter and playwright. He is also member of the screenwriting and playwriting faculty at NYU?s Tisch School.
