Rules:
Each round will have a start time and a deadline. The start time is when all players are expected to show up in the Conquerors game room on GameSpy Arcade. The deadline is the time when all recorded games from that round are to have been uploaded using the form. (link will be provided) Players who do not show up within 40 minutes of the start time will be disqualified.
A recorded game must be properly submitted by the WINNER of the game before the round deadline to become the official winner and move on to the next round. If it is not submitted properly, or before the deadline, the winner of that game may not be officially acknowledged, and may be eliminated from the tournament. The deadline for each round will be announced, along with the start time, on the tournament brackets page.
Cheating in any form, including exploitation of any bugs, is not tolerated. Players who have submitted a recorded game that appears to contain evidence of cheating will be eliminated from the tournament if they can not show their actions were legitimate. (this ban will possibly include any future tournaments & contests & the forums)
Games that go out of sync, or end prematurely as a result of a disconnection must be restored (take a screenshot of your victory screen, as the game recording will not resume after the point of disconnection, and send it to the tourney judge). If restoring the game fails, start a new game.
All entrants must have a valid e-mail address for contact purposes. If your e-mail address is found to be invalid, you will be eliminated from the tournament.
The decisions of the Tournament Judge are not open to dispute, they are final. We will do our best to resolve any disputes fairly and promptly.
If you don't agree with the reported outcome of your match, please bring it to the attention of Tournament Judge immediately. We will do our best to provide a fair and fun event!
