This one I made is way better than the last one!!! It has OVER 300 TRIGGERS!! Compared to my last one, "Magus must be Destroyed" that only had about 30. I have been working on this for over a month. I have made the maps a lot better.
This is my best one yet! Please try it out and tell me if anything is wrong. But I am shure it is not.
The story is about King Roland moving to a new land, and only taking some people, while over 200 people died because of the flood. William Wallace was King Roland's best troop, and thought what Roland was doing was wrong. So him
and some of the rest of the survivers attack Roland's place, and steal a transport ship. There is a lot more that happens in it, but you will have to find out later, when you try it. Thanks to Reyk, for making the ice I needed,
that I got from his "Winter" in the market. Cherub Rasher is also to thanks for making some of the new troops he made along time ago. I downloaded both of these and used some of it.
Please, try this out! You shouldn't be dissapointed! |

Okay, since I have reviewed your second one, and plan to review the third one, i thought I might as well do this one also. (If there is going to be one...)
Playability
I chose a 4 since it is over average. But, this was a hard one to decide on.
Balance
I did have a 5, but then lowered it down to a 3 since a cupple of scens are easy..VERY easy. While others are hard...almost TOO hard.
Creativity
Another 4 here. The Haunted Forest was creative, and so was the Sherwood Forest. Just a little over average, but not by much.
Map Design
The map design just blows! But it is not as bad as some of the others I have seen, and so this one was not as bad as those.
Story/Instructions
Your story is good, except for the grammer and spelling, but I say it was hard to decide on this one. So I gave it another 3
As you can see, this campaign isn't as good as the second one. Mostly 3s and 4s. Not a great campaign, and not very good design on the maps. But, if you out there liked the second one, I think you can hold out with this one. |

PLAYABILITY - For some reason, I was really addicted to your campaign. I just wanted to keep on playing it. However, the lack of AI script brings the score down. It's very annoying when your allies become neutral to you.
BALANCE - Some scenario's were quite easy and short. Some scenario's ( Such as the BUILD AND DESTROY scenario's ) took a little while to complete. Other scenario's ( Such as the scenario's when you had to attack enemy bases ) took ages to complete. Some scenario's were actually IMPOSSIBLE to complete, so you needed to type in a cheat.
CREATIVITY - I found this campaign a very unique idea and it didn't really infringe on any other campaign. However, William Wallace was a Celt, not a Briton, but most people have not heard of most of the heroes in the game, so I decided not to mark you down.
MAP DESIGN - Oh boy, where do I begin? Your maps are terrible. They are all squared, and it looks like someone has independently made them. I recommend using a random map, and then fixing up the terrain a bit.
STORY / INSTRUCTIONS - Your instructions were clearly given, and the storyline was enjoyable, but the spelling was not so good. You also have some swear words but I guess they make the story more authentic.
FINAL WORDS - Well, I'm now 1/4 the way through the sequel to this campaign, and when I review it, it will be very similiar to this review. |
