Here is a zip with three very basic and simple passive.per files. Soldiers stay in their places and don't walk about, while villagers build farms, gather resources, and look busy. There is a text file in the zip for more info.
I love that I accidentally found this! Trully, I have an old porject which just won't work becuase of the AI. I was triggering the enemy units to do stuff and they just receive other commands and do very stupid things, like abandoning their positions before I come and attacking other NPCs. As many others said, this AI seems just perfect for scenario and campaign design, thanks a lot! Now, I have the idea of having 2 players with different AI. One with this and one with some combative AI, to assault a base when sent, and I can just Change Owner to change their behaviour. Finally, I can get back to work to some interesting full campaign, thank you again!
