Okay, I first saw this on SWGB casino. I wondered how to put water on a slope.I was inspired to make this after I downloaded the waves template and discovered how to 'create' waves. Have good fun with it, but if you use it make sure to give me credit (or whoever you think deserves credit).

Ahh! Can't remember his name! He made the waves template...
Rating: 3
This scenario was bare minimum. If there were some sort of instructions to how to do this trick, and there would have been a little more creativity put into it, it would have been a better score. Also, this trick has been know for a very long extent of time, and I do not really see the need for this. You could probably have mixed this in with a cliffed waterfall, some ice and snow to show splashing water, some sea rocks, and eye candy. This would have gotten it a better rating. Better luck next time. :)

The utility shows an elevation, blue on one side to give the impression of a waterfall.
USEFULNESS/NOVELTY: The utility has no resemblance with a waterfall or water apart from its blue color. A trigger places five 'Bridge A--Middle' pieces on a slope and removes them. The author wrote, "I wondered how to put water on a slope." in his description. There are about fifteen utilities showing waterfalls including 'Waterslopes Demo' by Qbic posted 02/01/2000 easy to find through 'Search for'. The utility 'Waterfall' is inferior to its predecessors and has no use for scenario design at all. Many utilities use triggers to remove bridge parts for different purposes, to create shore-less water, walk-able water, exploding bridges, elevated water etc. The utility has no new aspects for the design community, is not creative, a novelty factor non-existent. 1
QUALITY/INSTRUCTIONS: The utility with its colored slope does not look like a waterfall, different from others only by its mediocre quality, the overall impression unrealistic. Apart from "How cool is this?", when you click the tower named 'waterfall' on top of the slope, in game messages/instructions are non-existent, the instruction screen empty. 1
OVERALL: Utilities of this quality are a waste of time.
SUGGESTIONS: Enter 'water' into 'Search for', click 'go' and view some of the waterfalls available at the blacksmith.
IN CLOSING: The above is not a recommendation to download, download 'Waterslopes Demo' by Qbic instead.
