There is a trigger that removes the unit "relics" (that one on wheels), but instead the unit is flying through the map. The same goes when I destroy it. Teleporting does not work either... Any idea how to fix that?

The unit you are talking about is "Relic Cart", I assume? If so, there is no way to solve said bug.

So, what is the reason for that bug? Isn't it possible to fix that bug, perhaps creating a modded version?

Yes you can mod the relic cart to be a different unit type, but I'm not sure if you can keep it convertible and still prevent that bug from happening though. What are you trying to do with it?

I ran into the same issue. Will not remove from map. I just teleport it to a hidden area on map and make sure you add a Stop effect after so it does not roam around.
