Hey, I d/l your scenario, and I have some comments and suggestions.
Map: 5.0 Couldn't of done it better myself. Very Nice. My only suggestion is replace some of the palm trees in the city with oak trees, since the trees outside the city are oaks, and I don't think that region is that lush. The city was beautiful.
Story/Instructions: 3.0 Could definantly be better. You could have included more history about who the Ottomans were, why they were attacking Constantinople, where Constantinople is; It is just unclear why this battle is being fought. Somehow the Roman Emporer saying "Goody goody Gumdrops" when reiforcements arrive seems... Well, weird. Also some of the other words used aren't historically acccurate. I'm quite sure that Sultan Mehmed II never said "Those bastards aren't giving up, reserve troops ATTACK!" I would have changed it to this: "The enemy is still standing! Kill them, you fools!" Also, "Alright I want a full scale attack, all troops, CHARGE!" would be less modern and more profound like this: "They are weakened, and we are still strong! Constantinople falls today! All men, Charge!"
Balance: 3.0 It's too easy. Suggestions: The Camel/Bombard Cannon combo is tough to counter, add more of it. Give player 1 less archers. Give the Turks some ranged units, preferably Mmamelukes and Skirmishers. Make a trigger giving all turk units +25 HP. Don't have the them retreat at the end. They had enough BCs left when they retreated to do some serious damage.
Playability: 2.5 I encountered quite a few playability bugs and problems. 1.) Make the Turks attack later. The city is so big that you need to give the player several minutes to find all of his units and prepare for the attack. 2.) After the turks Retreated, I didn't win. Not even after I defeated them. I had to quit because It never said I was victorious. You need to fix that. 3.) Also, was there supposed to be a naval battle? Because there wasn't one. The Ottoman Navy did absolutely nothing except move to the corner of the map at the end. 4.) When I Marco-Poloed at the end, I discovered that the Cyan player had a big city, but played no part in the battle other than the reinforcements at the begining. Is that a bug? Another small issue is that you should use "Change View" to show were the reinforcements arrive, and were the Emperor is, (It took me forever to find him) and other things. That is another reason you should have more time before the first attack.
Enjoyment: 4.0 I had a good time playing this scenario, and I think most people would too, especially after you make some ^changes^.
Overall: 3.5 Nice Job EJ, but make some changes and fix some bugs and the Public Version will DEFINANTLY be worth the download. Heck, It's worth the download just for the map .
