If you mean, say, making the Berserk trainable by the Saracens, or something on that line, but consider a few alternatives:
-You can give units multiple attributes, ie, you can make a war wagon, elephant, war galley...etc...so that guys can garrison inside them (ask me about this if you can't figure it out).
-You can make a unit look like another unit; get the attacking, dying, standing, etc...graphics, for say, a huskarl, and put them in for an elephant, and you'll have an elephant that looks like a huskarl.
Just don't do auto-copy on buildings because that removes civ distinctions (for appearance).

I would guess that it is possible to give a unit the graphics of a unit in the game, since those special graphics seemed inherent to the modpack studio (which is just a way to tap into the game's graphics, hence it must be inherent in the game), but I'm not going to waste my time going through all thos numbers...
