1° How do you disable an unit/tech/building (with a trigger) and later (with other trigger) you able it again?
I tryied with AoKTS but the game crash or the unit does not appear (in my case was Trade Cart)
2° How do you remove the petition of a resource in a tech? I've seen some maps where you can research a tech withouth one resource petition (or both), IE:
I'm pretty sure, for taking resources off of a cost, it's a Techage or Research that does it. maybe a Civ Bonus, but I know it's there. I can look into it, it might actually be possible with AoKTS, who knows.
You do realize there is a stickied thread which says LOOK HERE BEFORE POSTING in BOLD?

Stroke, I don't see why that would matter in this thread? His questsions aren't even in the FAQ.
1: Not possible without modding
2: Not possible without modding, unless you make a custom shop somewhere on the map.

1) I think Trigger Studio has the Disable/Enable Tech effect. I don't know if it works though, better backup your map. I once only clicked the Snap view effect, and that caused the map to crash TS, as well as AOK by opening it. I don't know if something similar is the case with that two effects.
2) Not possible without modding. You can work around, with the accumulate tribute effect, and then make a condition to select object (the building where you can research), and the effect researches the tech.

For now, just use the trigger given below:
Trigger 1 Looping: On Trigger State: On Condition: Own fewer objects> 'your unit'= '0' Condition: Own Objects> 'your units'= '1' Effect: Tribute> Resource 1 which your unit uses Effect: Tribute> Resource 1 which your unit uses Effect: Remove objects> 'your units'. Effect: Display instruction>'this unit is disabled for the moment'
Or otherwise, you could make a mod, which has techs which enable and disable it.

Scale Mail Armour - 100 Food & 50 Gold
In the map you only need:
Scale Mail Armour - 100 Food
If you are supposing that the tech should only use 100 food, then use the following tirgger.
Trigger 1 Starting State: On Loopin: Off Condition: Researching Tech> Scale Mail Armour Effect: Tribute>Gold=50 to the player who has started researching.
Otherwise there is a more complicated way, and involves two triggers

Draco, you get tributed 50 gold if you research a tech what costs 50 gold. So its still only possible to research the tech if you have 50 gold, but you don't loose it

That is just a civ bonus, from memory the spanish one I think. If you saw that in a map you were either spanish or playing a modded map.
