Mithril Knight-
Allow me to offer some constructive criticism on your screenshots which will hopefully help you improve as a designer.
First, you should add some elevation in your maps. Don't make hills too square or unrealistic, otherwise it becomes an eyesore. Just do your best to emulate real hills and make it pretty to look at. While your terrain mixing is generally pretty good (except in cities, where you only used road terrain), I have yet to spot elevation, which is a huge part of good map design.
Second, place trees manually if possible. This will make your forests greener and prettier to look at, and will not put that fallen leaves terrain on the map which can ruin the look of a forest if too prevalent. The best advice I can give you is to draw terrain square by square. This is time consuming, but pays off in the long run.
Finally, your cities are a little too flat and square. Although most modern cities are designed on a grid, medieval cities weren't, and look more realistic with uneven, diverse placement and good use of the map copy tool.
Hope this advice helps and good luck with your scenarios!
